you didn't have to explain to me that the philippines scrapped those negotiations. i can't remember the last time i saw a philippino MILF! there are probably some renegades out there that made it out of the negotiations unscathed, but I haven't seen any around.
definitely no SMILFS in the philippines. that's for sure
