Famous puzzler series "Professor Layton" and lawyer-simulation "Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney" join forces when the Storyteller, a man who can make anything he writes come true, becomes ruler of his town and implicates an innocent girl as a witch. While ferreting out the evidence that will prove her innocent, the two heroes must not only solve the puzzles that the Storyteller casts in their path but do so by pin-pointing the logical contradictions in the fantasies he makes reality.
