I'm thinking of moving to a studio / 1 bdrm unit in downtown SF in june. Rent is less than 1000 bucks, which is a good price, and the building has nice security.
it's location is a little off market st -- cross st. is 8th

Looks awesome!! I have no doubt that there will be both lights and music. The real question is will there be parking?
Regardless of said parking situation, living in SF is like a dream come true.
